Earlier this week I moved a bunch of boxes around in the garage. There’s a lot and they are heavy. These are all the items I’m saving for my grand, spectacular yard sale that I can’t ever find an open weekend for! We purged SO. MUCH. STUFF. during our recent remodeling project. It makes me happy. I don’t think I’m ready to join up with the minimalist crew, but I can see the attraction. Maybe I’ll slowly back away from the maximalist lifestyle, but not fully commit to the other team.

I’m a junk agnostic!

Following this massive rearrangement of the yard sale junk (I mean valuable treasures) my back and shoulder were not feeling great. This made me super thankful for my Young Living CBD muscle ointment. I originally purchased this through my friend Shaila for my knee. I have an old and stupid knee injury from jumping over a puddle. After exercise and spending hours on my feet decorating cookies, most evenings I was in a good amount of discomfort. This ointment has relieved a lot of that misery. I won’t say that I’m healed, but the pain is much more controlled when I use my “jointment”. It has a cooling effect when you apply it that I really like and I kind of like the menthol scent, too.

Pro Tip — after using, wash your hands thoroughly before touching your face, especially your eyes.

Don’t ask.

Visit Shaila’s Young Living page to find out more or give it a try! It’s a little expensive, but a jar usually lasts me about a year, so not terrible in the end.

Bonus — new customers can enter the code SHAREYL for 10% off your first order.

And while you’re on the YL site, check out the Thieves cleaner. I really like this, too. Cleans great, smells great, no nasty chemicals in my kitchen — win, win, win!

**As I was double checking my links, I saw that the larger jar of CBD Muscle Rub is currently (4/5/24) unavailable. I messaged the company who confirmed this, but did not provide a re-stock date. The travel size tins are available now. Hopefully the larger jars will come back in stock soon!!**
