- 18 0z Dijon Mustard
- ⅓ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 container 1.25oz poppyseeds
Instructions

- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise. Place the bottoms on the trays, set the tops aside.
- Top the Hawaiian roll bottoms with layers of ham and cheese until all has been used. Put the roll tops on.
- In a large microwavable bowl, melt the 7 sticks of butter. Add minced onions, Dijon, and Worcestershire. Mix well.
- Pour butter mixture over the sandwiches, top with poppyseeds. Cover and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melty and the tops are toasty. Run a knife though the seams to cut the ham before serving.
Notes
This is a great meal that the campers love. There is always a heightened level of excitement as this is the first “camp meal” we serve. Add to this 2x50ct boxes of chips, 4-6lb of grapes and bottles of water for a complete and filling lunch before heading out.
