Easy Fruit Pizza

This is a colorful and delicious snack. Use whatever fruit that you like or have leftover. No matter what you use it turns out yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 x 16.5oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 6 x 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 18 cups assorted fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Spray 2 full sheet pans with cooking spray. Divide cookie dough among pans and spread to cover the surface
  • Bake crust for about 20 minutes until done. Let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
  • Spread cream cheese on cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange fruit over the cream cheese. To serve, cut into 3"x3" pieces.

Notes

This is a fantastic way to use up any leftover fruit you may have from the week. Some tasty options are, strawberries, pineapples, berries, peaches, kiwi.  No matter how you top it you really can’t go wrong.
