Notes

These magical cookies are amazing!  While living in the dorm, my roommate and I would make these because they only required shelf stable ingredients that didn’t have to be measured accurately or mixed. We had an oven on our dorm floor but no kitchen equipment or ingredients.  But what we did have was friends after the delicious scent of these cookies wafted down the halls!!  We would hide out in our room and eat the whole tray!!  College Days – we were wild and crazy!
